1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Steadyflow AI (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Steadyflow AI offers AI-based solutions for local service businesses, including but not limited to:

AI caller installation and configuration

AI chatbot integration

Automated lead follow-up systems

Social media ad management (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

CRM tagging and basic workflow automations

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date business information

Respond in a timely manner to onboarding requests

Maintain required ad spend budgets as outlined in your agreement

Ensure your business operates in compliance with local laws

Failure to comply may delay service or void performance guarantees.

4. Guarantees and Refunds

We guarantee a minimum of 10 qualified appointments within 60 days (as defined in your agreement). If this is not met, we will continue working at no additional cost until the target is achieved. Refunds on the upfront fee may be issued only if explicitly stated in your signed contract.

All performance-based guarantees must be documented in a signed service agreement to be valid.

5. Payment Terms

A one-time upfront fee is required for onboarding and system setup.

Ongoing monthly service fees apply after the initial 60-day period.

Clients are responsible for covering third-party ad spend (e.g., Facebook).

Late or missed payments may result in paused service.

Payment is processed via Stripe. We do not store card data directly.

6. Data Collection and Usage

We collect only essential business data (name, email, phone, business name) and customer information necessary to perform services. This data is collected through tools such as GoHighLevel, Calendly, and contact forms.

7. Third-Party Services

We use platforms such as Meta, Stripe, GoHighLevel, and Vapi to deliver services. You agree to comply with their terms as part of using our services.

We are not liable for disruptions, losses, or policy violations caused by third-party providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All tools, scripts, designs, workflows, and intellectual property built by Steadyflow AI remain our property unless otherwise stated in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use them while you are an active client.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 14 days written notice. Early termination by the client may void any performance guarantees or result in forfeiture of unused services.

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if we determine that a client is violating laws, abusing systems, or damaging our reputation.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or missed opportunities, resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 60 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate court jurisdiction of Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of those changes.
